How do I get a Nova account?
Nova accounts are created by our team. You'll receive an email with a link to set your password and log in. Contact your account manager if you haven't received this email.
Can I create additional user accounts?
Contact Nova support to add new users to your organization.
How do I switch between brands?
Click your profile name in the top-right corner and use the "Current brand" dropdown to switch.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with reset instructions.
What file format does Nova accept?
Nova accepts .glb files (GL Transmission Format Binary). This is the standard binary format for 3D models.
Can I upload multiple variants at once?
Yes. When creating a product, you can drag multiple GLB files into the upload area. All variants must share the same outline/silhouette.
What's the maximum file size for uploads?
Contact support for current file size limits.
